Hand knit in 100% wool yarn (USA small batch) so hand wash, spin excess water out in washer or roll in towel and squeeze, shape and lay flat to dry.

This yarn was grown, processed and dyed in the Pennsylvania, USA.  Local and ethically sources from a small family farm business, Jackson's Folly sheep in Huntingdon Valley, PA.  A small batch collection made from durable natural fibers.

A unique nostalgic bucket cloche hat that is fun to wear as you go out in sweatshirt, jacket or coat.  Orange and purple are complimentary colors along with a little white and green pops.  The colors pooled to create subtle stripes on the hat.  A commercial purple merino wool was used for the knit in hat band.  The hat body is textured using a common knit stitch which matches the fingerless mitts.  Although the matching fingerless gloves are in the same yarns,  the colors are a little different.  They are still orange and purple but little white and no green.  Differences are so slight that they coordinate very well.  These mitts are extra long so you can wear them cuffed, especially when you need to use your fingers for devices or your computer.  

You will receive the hat and gloves in the photos.  They have been washed and blocked, ready to wear.

Your hat and/or gloves will be packaged in a recycled or recyclable mailer.
