The landscape is carved from solid hickory and is framed using spalted oak, both sourced directly from local Kentucky sawyers. The natural character and unique imperfections of the wood are preserved and celebrated.
The terrain is meticulously modeled using high-precision LiDAR data to ensure exact topographic accuracy, then brought to life by a CNC machine. Finished in lacquer, this carving stands as a distinct departure from mass-produced decor—an authentic, artisan-made heirloom celebrating Kentucky's natural beauty.
